BAYCOSEAL-IC is a cement based waterproofing slurry that can penetrate into the concrete.
Areas of application
- Exterior and interior waterproofing in cellars, lift shafts, foundations, retaining walls,
- Waterproofing containers for service water, retaining basins, water treatment plants, garages, tunnels etc.
- Waterproofing beneath screeds (unbounded screeds or floating screeds.).

- Can be applied to damp substrates.

- Resists high levels of hydrostatic pressure.
- Carbonization barrier.
- Resistant to high hydrostatic pressure (13,8 bar)
- Waterproofs retrospective cracks up to 0,4 mm.
