BAYCOFLEX-ROOF is highly elastic and UV stable liquid applied acrylic based liquid membrane for roofs.
Areas of application
BAYCOFLEX-ROOF can be used for;
- Waterproofing gutters, strainers, balconies.
- BAYCOFLEX-ROOF can be applied directly on to zinc, aluminium, and concrete.
- Suitable for roofs which fully exposed to UV effect.
- It can be applied on horizontal and inclined surfaces.
Advantages
After it cures, BAYCOFLEX-ROOF forms a waterproof but vapour-permeable membrane without seams and joints.
