Mineralic corrosion protection and bonding coat
BAYCOCRET-KS/HB is a mineralic corrosion protection and a bonding coat for cement based surfaces.
BAYCOCRET-KS/HB is used as corrosion protection for the steel reinforcement in concrete repair works and simultaneously as bonding coat on concrete and mortar surfaces.
Suitable for the following areas:
PCC1: surfaces subject to traffic and to dynamic loads (for example underneath driveways)
PCC2: surfaces not subject to traffic, but subject to dynamic loads (for example view from below of superstructures)
PCC3: surfaces not subject to traffic and dynamic loads (for example sub constructions, support walls, concrete facades)
BAYCOCRET-KS/HB is
- a cement based polymer modified fine mortar,
- ready for use after mixing with water,
- excellent processing, even on vertical surface and overhead,
- watertight,
- saponification resistant,
- frost and thaw resistant.
BAYCOCRET-KS/HB cures even at dynamic loads crack free and with low shrinkage.
The product is approved acc. to ZTV-SIB 90 for the application areas PCC 1, PCC 2 and PCC 3.
